Each course was outstanding and thoughtfully constructed. The balance of flavors and textures was unlike anything we've had before, and it was elevated by the local flavors of the North Fork. The wine pairings were perfect as well, complementing each dish. The best part was despite how amazing the food and service is, it doesn't feel stuffy. Cocktails and mocktails were both delicious, the duck tot was an incredible bite, the fish is fresh and so well done, and we are still remembering the desserts to each other (lava cake and strawberry sponge cake were our choices, but it appears you can’t go wrong on the desserts) ”

Melted in our mouths like butter with a phenomenal side of pureed potatos. Dessert was a revelation. I personal haven’t been a big fan of rhubarb pie, but their strawberry rhubarb pie with pistachio ice cream made me a believer. Also split their incredible warm chocolate cake with Carmel sauce. “ We spent the day in Orient and made reservations for this restaurant based on its place on many top 10 lists for LI restaurants. Reservations required a credit card, but were easy to make. Service was incredible! Super attentive but not overly disruptive. Waiter was knowledgeable of the menu and the farm to table concept. Even mentioning that the 2 mile salad was really a 1/4 salad since KK's was right down the road. Food was incredible. We were a party of 3 and all ate different courses from the 4 course prefix. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Cannot say enough good things. Met and exceeded expectations and we would definitely come back! ”
